Your best clients came from a referral. That shouldn’t be luck.
We find the businesses already serving the clients you want, verify they’re a genuine fit, and prepare a proper approach to each one. You approve every message. One reply stops everything.
No message goes out that you haven’t read and approved.
Referrals are your best channel and your least reliable one
They close faster, cost less, and stay longer. And they arrive when they arrive — which makes the single most valuable thing your business does the one part you cannot plan around. Not because the relationships aren’t there, but because finding them, checking them and approaching them properly is a full-time job nobody at your company has.
How the system is built — not performance claims. Your results depend on your market, and anyone quoting you a conversion rate before seeing it is guessing.
Built to protect the name you already have
You’re selling into a market where your reputation is the asset. The risk was never that outreach doesn’t work — it’s that bad outreach costs you something you can’t buy back.
So the constraints below aren’t settings you switch on. They’re the shape of the thing.
Nothing sends without you reading it
Every message is approved individually. The system refuses to transmit text nobody approved — enforced in code and covered by tests, not a checkbox in a settings page.
Four exclusion lists, checked twice
Do-not-contact, excluded companies, competitors, existing relationships. Checked when a candidate qualifies, and again in the instant before the send — because something can change in between.
One reply ends the sequence
A reply on any channel stops every planned follow-up on every channel. Same for an unsubscribe, a bounce, or anyone who simply asks to be left alone. Permanently, and across the whole account.
Eight steps. Two of them are yours.
The system does the finding, the rejecting, the ranking and the writing. You make the two decisions that carry consequences.
You describe the business
Not a form of checkboxes. You explain what you do and who you serve, and that becomes a profile of your ideal client — and from it, the kinds of businesses already trusted by those clients without competing with you.
We go and find them
A live search across company and people data, run against your criteria at the moment you run it. Not a list bought once and resold to everyone in your category.
Most candidates are rejected
Wrong persona, wrong geography, a competitor, already on your lists — removed before you ever see them. Being shown fewer, better candidates is the product working, not underperforming.
Each survivor is ranked and written to
A specific partnership offer and a message in your voice, naming why this particular business fits. A generic message is worse than no message: it costs you the relationship and teaches the market to ignore you.
You approve, one at a timeYou
You read each message and decide. This is the step nobody else makes you take, and it is the reason the system can be trusted with your name.
It goes outYou
Email is delivered automatically from your own authenticated domain. LinkedIn you send yourself — the approved message and the right profile, one click each.
Replies come back, and everything stops
Every reply is captured and classified. Follow-ups halt across channels. Anything sensitive is put in front of a person rather than answered by a machine.
Partners become referrals
Interested partners move through a pipeline you control — to activation, to referrals, to revenue you can trace back to the campaign that found them.
Email is sent for you. LinkedIn is sent by you.
This is the part most vendors leave until after you’ve paid.
Email — automated
Connect your own sending domain and we deliver automatically, inside limits that protect your reputation rather than exhaust it. Bounces and complaints suppress that contact everywhere, permanently. Every message carries a working one-click unsubscribe that genuinely unsubscribes.
LinkedIn — you press send
LinkedIn offers no compliant way for a platform to message on your behalf. Tools claiming otherwise drive your account with your session cookie, and LinkedIn restricts your account when it notices. We prepare everything — approved message, right profile, one click — and you send.
You pay for partners approached. Nothing else.
- Counted only when an approach was delivered and evidenced
- Follow-ups to the same partner cost nothing extra
- Email and LinkedIn share one allowance — no double counting
- A delivery we got wrong is corrected and credited back
What you’re never charged for
- Messages we drafted that you didn’t approve
- Sends blocked by your own exclusion lists
- Anything that failed before it reached the person
- Partners queued but never actually approached
A message count would reward us for sending more, which is the opposite of what you want from someone operating in your market under your name.
Questions worth asking any vendor
Is this just another cold outreach tool?
The difference is structural, not tonal. Most tools optimise for volume and hand you a suppression list to clean up afterwards. This one is built to refuse: candidates must clear hard eligibility gates before you see them, every message needs individual approval, and unapproved text cannot be transmitted at all. If your goal is to contact a thousand people this week, this is the wrong product and we would rather you knew now.
Why do I have to send the LinkedIn messages myself?
Because LinkedIn provides no compliant way for any platform to send on your behalf — not with your permission, not at any paid tier. Tools that claim otherwise drive your account with your session cookie, and when LinkedIn notices, it restricts your account rather than theirs. We will not build that. So we do every part we are permitted to do, and hand you one prepared click.
What stops it contacting someone I already work with?
Four lists you control, checked at qualification and re-checked immediately before every send. A recipient on any of them cannot be contacted, and the attempt is refused with the reason recorded against it.
What happens when someone replies?
Every planned follow-up for that person stops, on every channel. Reply to an email and a queued LinkedIn touch stops too. Replies are classified and surfaced to you; sensitive ones are flagged for a human rather than answered automatically.
What am I actually paying for?
Qualified partner attempts. One qualified partner, pursued once, through to an approach that was delivered and evidenced. Not messages. Follow-ups cost nothing extra, and email and LinkedIn draw from one allowance — so reaching the same person on both is still one attempt.
How do I know a message was really delivered?
Because the counter only moves on evidence. Queued is not delivered. Scheduled is not delivered. Accepted by a mail provider is not delivered. You can reconcile the number yourself, which is the point of defining it that way.
Start, or ask us something first
Create an account and see your own partner candidates before committing to anything. Or tell us about the business and we’ll tell you honestly whether this fits — including when the answer is no.
If you write to us, a person reads it. You won’t be added to a sequence, which would be a strange way for us to behave.
